  • Product Questions
    • What is the shelf life of the products?
      The shelf life of each product is at least 18months. We make small batches often so that you will always receive fresh products.
    • I have sensitive skin, what do I do?
      If you have sensitive skin prone to irritation, redness, stinging and even rashes, you will know how upsetting and frustrating it is caring for your skin.
      Sensitive skins may react to the many chemicals such as synthetic fragrances and parabens found in commercial skincare, even skin care specifically for sensitive skin.

  • Ordering
    • How do I order?

      Browse the products and view 'More Information' for extensive details on every product. To purchase a product click 'Add to Basket'. Once you have finished adding items to your basket, choose to 'Proceed to Checkout'.

      You will be asked for your email address to continue. If it is your first time ordering with us you will be emailed a password for future use, but you do not need it for the first purchase. Just continue through the Checkout to enter your address, and continue on to pay.
      If you have ordered from us before you will need to enter the email address and password. If you have forgotten the password we will email a reminder. 

      You can also order and pay by credit card over telephone by calling 01244 458 688 during business hours.

      There are a number of ways you can pay:

      • Credit or debit card through Paypal's secure server. You do not need to have a paypal account or set up an account with paypal.
      • Credit or debit card over the telephone.

      • Direct bank transfer (BACS)

    • Do you deliver to the USA?
      No, we are sorry but we do not deliver to the USA at this time. We only deliver to the UK and EU countries.
    • How much is delivery?

      UK: £1.65 for one item and £2.95 for two or more items.
      EU: Delivery is based on weight, starting at £2.95 for one item. See Delivery for more detailed pricing.

    • When will my order be delivered?

      Your order will be despatched within 3 working days by Royal Mail.
      Royal Mail estimates the delivery time in the UK and Europe will be approx 3 working days.

  • Returns
    • I received the wrong product, what do I do?

      If you have received an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. The goods must be returned unopened and unused.
      The delivery costs will be reinbursed to you once we have received the goods in the same condition as they were sent.

    • How do I cancel my order?

      In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel an order no later than 7 days after receiving the goods. If the goods have been despatched they must be returned unopened and unused, and you are responsible for delivery costs.
