Returns and Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with an item or it is fault or incorrect, please contact us to arrange an exchange or refund.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be offered an exchange or refund to the value of the goods purchased, excluding delivery.

You will need to return the unwanted item(s) at your own expense, unless the goods are faulty or incorrect (see below).

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. The goods must be returned unopened and unused.
The delivery costs will be reinbursed to you once we have received the goods in the same condition as they were sent.

Cancelling an Order

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel an order no later than 7 days after receiving the goods. If the goods have been despatched they must be returned unopened and unused, and you are responsible for delivery costs.

Please ensure the goods are wrapped securely, and we recommend you obtain a free Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail.
