- Organic Tamanu Seed Oil
Organic Tamanu oil is extracted from the kernel of the tamanu tree, a sacred tree from the tropical South Pacific. It is a rare, complex oil with extraordinary powers of skin regeneration and renewal.
Organic and unrefined, our tamanu oil has a rich, spicy scent and deep green colour. It is readily absorbed by the skin and working in synergy with the other ingredients it is able to activate cell regeneration in the lower layers of the dermis for clearer, brighter and firmer skin.
It has been used for centuries in the Pacific islands and South sea region for its remarkable antimicrobial, regenerating and powerful anti inflammatory abilities.
Recent scientific studies have proven its skin regenerating properties on scar tissue, something the indigenous people have known for hundreds of years from treating all manner of skin conditions, cuts, infections and wounds, itchiness, irritations, aches and pains as a traditional beauty oil.

I was a tester for this face oil and can honestly say it is the best product I've ever used. I love the way it makes my skin feel, even my dh noticed the difference!! I must be honest and say I personally didn't find the smell to be what I would expect but my sister thought it smelt all exotic and exciting!! It doesn't detract from using the serum though in fact you get the feeling this is a serious peice of skincare and it certainly delivers!!

Instructions
- To use gently press the serum applicator to dispense one or two drops. Apply all over the face, neck and decolletage morning and evening after cleansing.
- Pat gently around the eye area.
- Can be layered under the Pacific Island Remedy Balm or any of the Maia facial balms or your regular moisturiser for extra nourishment.
- Allow 10 minutes before applying makeup. Oily skins may need to gently blot the skin before applying makeup.
Extra Use:
- Use as a spot treatment. Apply two to three times a day to blemishes, spots and small skin irritations.
- The Elixir performs brilliantly as a shaving oil as it softens hairs, protects the skin and soothes inflammation. Apply after shaving to replenish the skin and heal any damage and irritation.
- Apply to fingernails to strengthen nails and encourage growth.
